We have already looked back at the humble beginnings of our
favorite British Stars and some of the Young Hollywood members. But what about
the ladies? Let’s see:
Sarah Shahi
Where is she now? She plays lawyer with conscience on Fairly Legal (sounds more like a Fairy
Tale doesn’t it?)
Where did we see her before? She was on Life opposite Damien Lewis but way before that she had a tiny guest role on Alias as Will Tippin’s (Bradley Cooper) sexy assistant.
Where is she now? She plays Bay on ABC Family’s Switched at Birth
Where did we see her before? I feel like she had guest roles everywhere from Medium to Dexter, but it took me a while to realize where I remembered her from… it was Gilmore Girls! She played Luke’s fast speaking (and mostly annoying) daughter.
Maggie Siff
Where is she now? She plays Tara Knowles, a doctor and a
biker’s wife on Sons of Anarchy
Where did we see her before? She was the first of many women Don Draper had an affair with on Mad Men. Rachel was my favorite female character on Mad Men. She even had the good sense to break up with Don when he wanted to run away with her so they wouldn’t find out about his identity theft.
Emily VanCamp
Where is she now? She is
the ‘revengy’ (as Nolan would say) Emily Thorne A.K.A. Amanda Clarke on Revenge
Where did we see her before? Back when she was a teenager she was the girl next door, Amy Abbot on the WB’s Everwood. She looked so innocent back then!
Hayden Pannettiere
Where is she now? She is
playing bitchy Juliette Barnes on Nashville
Where did we see her before? She was the cheerleader that saved the world on Heroes. I used to like Hayden, but her character on Nashville is so unlikable I am starting to hate her. I think they need to do something with her character to make her more relatable, and the whole junky mother is not doing it for me.
Where is she now? She plays Karen, one of the Marilyn Monroe’s
wannabees on Smash
Where did we see her before? She is an American Idol baby, back in the day when A.I. contestants actually became famous after the show.
